Penningtons Manches Cooper are looking to hire a junior paralegal to join it’s Housing team in Basingstoke. The Housing team delivers a high quality legal service and this role will predominantly provide support in respect of the sale of shared ownership and outright sales and after sales transaction on behalf of Housing Associations. This role will also be involved in a varied blend of real estate work including supporting the Portfolio team on large scale secured lending transactions. There may also be opportunities to support the corporate work the team handles.
