Our real estate team is looking to hire a paralegal to join the busy post-completions team in our Oxford office. The role provides exposure to high quality work and offers responsibility, direct client contact and training in a supportive environment.
The Commercial Real Estate Team has teams in London, Oxford, Guildford, Cambridge and Birmingham. The national team advise on all areas of commercial real estate from large scale development to social housing.
The work conducted by the Oxford Commercial Real Estate tends to be in the following areas

This programme is open to internal paralegals working at Penningtons Manches Cooper only.
We are committed to widening access to the legal profession and in 2022 we launched our 'team specific trainee programme' to further enable internal mobility.
Our Limitless programme is aimed at students at sixth form/ college studying towards higher education such as your A-levels, BTEC, NVQ, International Baccalaureate or Scottish Highers - typically in year 12 or 13 (England and Wales) or S6 (Scotland). Our five-day programme will introduce you to the workings of a law firm, the role solicitors do and how central team professionals support the firm as a whole.
Our next programme will run from 13 - 17 July 2026 in our London office and you must be available on all of these dates to attend.
